We want every little artist to be happy with their Kooco experience! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

The product is not personalized or part of a limited edition (unless damaged or defective)
Due to the interactive nature of our products (which include fabric markers), we cannot accept returns once a product has been colored or used.
What Can Be Exchanged

Wrong size? We’re happy to exchange for the correct size.

Received a damaged or incorrect product? We'll replace it at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

First exchange (size or defect): Free of charge.

Subsequent exchanges or returns (non-defect related): You will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Refunds

For eligible returns, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
