About Kooco

Kooco is a kidswear brand that offers interactive, colorable clothing made from high-quality cocoon cotton.

Ordering & Payments

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST.

  • We accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and selected wallets. COD is available in select pin codes with an extra charge.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–9 days depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items.

  • Colorable products that have been used or personalized are not eligible for return.

Product Usage & Care

  • Kooco products come with non-toxic, child-safe fabric markers.

  • Parental supervision is recommended during use.

  • Colors may fade with repeated washes—recolor and enjoy again!

Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, logos, text, and photos, are the property of Kooco and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Communication

By placing an order or signing up, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communication from us via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can opt out anytime.

Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
