At Kooco, we’re as excited as your little one is to receive their creative clothing! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Within India

  • Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time:
    Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within:

    • 3–6 business days for metro cities

    • 5–9 business days for other locations

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

    • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include a ₹50-70 COD fee

Delays & Issues

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high order volumes (especially during sales or festivals). We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute packages.
